Students can continue to register for Fall semester courses, which start Monday, August 26 at South Louisiana Community College.
New students should apply for admissions by going to www.solacc.edu/admissions and clicking on the "Enroll Now" button. Create a login ID and password, then follow the instructions to apply.
Returning students should log into their LoLA account to schedule courses.
SLCC is a comprehensive community college that operates campuses in Abbeville, Crowley, Franklin, Lafayette, New Iberia, Opelousas, St. Martinville, and Ville Platte.
It is one of Louisiana's largest community colleges and is a leader in training Louisiana's workforce. SLCC awards associate degrees, transfer degrees, technical diplomas and certifications. Students can choose from a variety of academic programs such as criminal justice, emergency medical technology, industrial technology, and business technology. More than 30 technical programs are offered in areas including healthcare, business, nursing, welding, automotive repair, and civil surveying.
Fall semester classes are being offered in a variety of ways including traditional classroom settings, video conferencing, and online.
