According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert the Narcotics Division made the following arrests on July 31, 2013.
Mark A. White, 30, 110 Alexander Lane, St. Joseph, LA was arrested on July 31, 2013 at 7:25 pm on a warrant for dog fighting, cruelty to animals, and contributing to the delinquency of juveniles. While conducting a narcotics investigation, detectives with the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division discovered a video of a dog fight. Detectives identified a subject in the video as White and obtained a warrant for his arrest. Children could also be seen in the footage. White was located at his residence on the warrant. He was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.
