The two men considered persons of interest in a deadly shooting are in Ville Platte police custody. Reokenski Thomas and Hilton Wilson are being questioned in 32-year-old Joseph John's death.
John was shot to death Monday night in the 100 block of East Washington St. in front of a family member's home. John was shot once in the chest and later died at a Lafayette hospital.
