A Church Point native is behind bars following a police pursuit on I-10. Jennings police say Damien Jones refused to pull over for a traffic stop and led them on a chase into Acadia Parish. Police also say jones threw a bag of suspected cocaine from the car during the chase. Jones faces multiple drug charges as well as charges of flight from and officer and obstruction of justice.
