A 67-year-old Raceland man has pleaded guilty to charges of distributing child pornography.
Ronald Breaux entered his plea in federal court Friday.
The U.S. Attorney's Office say Breaux used peer-to-peer file sharing programs like Frostwire and Limewire to search for, download and share 1,485 images and 479 videos of children being victimized.
Police found the images on two computers and five electronic storage devices seized from Breaux in September.
Sentencing is set for Nov. 14.
