The Jefferson Davis Parish Sheriff's office has rebuilt its website.
The site now allows easier access to information, including the names of registered sex offenders, outstanding warrants and recent arrests.
The new website will provide most of the information - including a map to locate where sex offenders are living - on one page, he said. Residents can also click on a list of offender names to view profile information, photos and physical descriptions.
The website also includes an email link for the department's anonymous tip line.
The site will be linked to the department's Facebook page.
