John Barton Ministries International announced today that it will host the 2013 Destiny Youth and Young Adult Rally (DYR) beginning Friday, August 9 through Saturday, August 10.
In its 16th year, DYR is designed to invest in the lives of young people by sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ, Godly values, and wisdom for living.
The two-day event will be held at the Robicheaux Center located at 1919 Eraste Landry Road in Lafayette, Louisiana.
This year's event will feature anointed praise and worship, fun games and activities, prizes and giveaways, and a Christian Rap Concert featuring Evangelist and Christian Rapper "MYNISTA".
The rally will also consist of small group sessions with topics ranging from bullying to financial preparation and career planning.
The cost of admission is free and open to ages 9 and up. Childcare will be provided for youth under 9 years of age.
