The Arc of Acadiana, a nonprofit organization committed to the promotion and protection of the rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is very pleased to announce the addition of Hope Leedom as the organization's human resources director.
"We are tremendously excited to have Hope join our team," said Arc COO Cindy LeLeux. "She brings nearly 10 years of human resource experience as well as a wide range of skills that make her a major asset to our organization."
Prior to joining Arc, Hope held the position of human resource director at Beauregard Memorial Hospital in DeRidder. She also earned a master's degree in human resource management from Central Michigan University. As Arc's director of human resources, she will guide and manage the overall provision of human resources services, policies and programs for the entire organization and its more than 1,100 employees.
