MONROE, La. (AP) - A 44-year-old Monroe man has been booked with aggravated arson.The News-Star reports a warrant was filed Aug. 3 for Dewayne Wilhite's arrest in connection with a house fire that occurred July 28.The warrant stated the house was valued at $20,000 and the estimated cost of the damage was valued at around $6,000. According to the warrant, the owner of the house told investigators he had an altercation with Wilhite about 10 minutes before the fire started.
