The above subject, Brent Green turned himself in to the Morgan City Police Department for an outstanding warrant for Probation Violation. He was booked into the Morgan City Jail where he remains incarcerated.
- Celeste Ann Delaune, 29 years of age, Address-Mallard Street Morgan City, Louisiana was arrested on 07/29/2013@ 9:53pm
Charges: No Driver's License, Child Restraint Required, Careless Operation
Officers received a call in regards to a motor vehicle accident in the Brownell Homes area. When they arrived to investigate, It was learned that the above subject, while operating a vehicle with no drivers license, struck an apartment with the vehicle.
The vehicle contained a child which was not in required child restraint device. The subject, Delaune, was arrested, and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where she was booked and incarcerated. The vehicle's owner, was also issued a citation for allowing unlicensed driver to operate the vehicle.
