United Way of Acadiana, in partnership with Cargill Salt and Cox Communications, invites community members to Stuff the Bus through August 10. This community-wide school supply drive will culminate in a 3-day event with drop-off locations in Acadia, Lafayette, St. Martin and Vermilion parishes.
"We invite all members of the community to help ensure all students have what they need to start school," explained Keler Williams, United Way of Acadiana Director of Volunteer Mobilization. "United Way's goal is to remove obstacles for families and children. We can ensure students succeed by equipping them with the essential school supplies needed to be actively engaged and ready to learn."
