The Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office will hold a press conference later this afternoon regarding a May 18 homicide. Ray Ryan was shot and killed during the incident, which took place in the 200 block of Marigny Circle. Captain Kip Judice says four men are currently in custody and are charged with violating Louisiana's terrorism statute. We will have more on this press conference as it becomes available.
