According to Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office, Brandon Lavergne has been rebooked into the parish jail on the first degree murder charge in connection with Lisa Pate's 1999 death. He was originally booked on first degree murder and aggravated kidnapping charges in the disappearance of Mickey Shunick on July 5th.
