7/17/2012 @ 9:31 AM, DONALD JOSEPH DEROUEN JR., 21, of Anderson Street - Franklin, LA was arrested on warrants dated July 8, 2012, charging him with Criminal Damage to Property and Criminal Mischief. Mr. Derouen was processed and released on a $2500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
7/17/2012 @ 10:18 PM, GEORGE T. FLOURNOY, 49, of Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Disturbing The Peace By Public Intoxication and Open Alcohol Container. Mr. Flournoy was processed and held on a $2000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
7/17/2012 @ 11:59 PM, THERESA L. KINCHEN, 32, of Ninth Street - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with No Turn Signal, Possession of Marijuana - 3rd offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Ms. Kinchen was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
JUVENILE ARRESTS:
7/18/2012, A 13 year old female was arrested and charged with Curfew Violation and Ungovernable Juvenile. The juvenile was processed and released to a legal guardian, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
