A trial date has been set for the former Lafayette city employee accused of voyeurism. Jeffery Larcade's trial will being September 24. He is accused of hiding a camera inside a urinal in Department of Planning, Zoning, and Codes building. Police say a codes employee found the camera and discovered that a memory device inside it contained images of several men using the urinal.
