FrancoJeunes has raised $16,000 as part of a recent fundraising campaign for CODOFIL. The group of young French-speaking Louisiana professionals, who are dedicated to keeping the Francophone culture alive in the state, began the program, called the 100,000 Cadiens, Créoles, et amis du français en Louisiane, after Governor Bobby Jindal line-item vetoed $100,000 in funds dedicated to CODOFIL.
