A Scott man is free on bond after his arrest for allegedly performing lewd acts upon himself in a window. Edward John Boudreaux, III, is charged with one count of obscenity. A passerby told sheriff's deputies he saw Boudreaux standing in the window of his home nude and "massaging himself." Deputies say Boudreaux admitted doing this. Neighbors say this activity has been going on for nearly a year.
