The Franklin Police Department responded to 16 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
7/11/2012 @ 11:59 AM, LAWRENCE F. PELLERIN, 27, of Verdunville Road - Franklin, LA was arrested and charged with Failure to Report Accident, Drivers License Suspended and Open Alcohol Container. Mr. Pellerin was processed and released on a $1750.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
