A culvert installation project in southeastern Lafayette Parish has been delayed. The work, which will take place on Millcreek Road between Moss Brook and Moss Creek Drives, was scheduled to begin this week. However, because of the recent rainy weather, crews will now start the project next Monday (July 16) and will continue until Wednesday, July 25. Millcreek Road will be closed during this time. Detour routes will be made available.
