A second arrest has been made in connection with the stabbing death of a Eunice man. Lafayette police have arrested Travis Toups on charges of accessory after the fact to second-degree murder. Toups' brother, Kyle Toups, was arrested Tuesday in Texas on second-degree murder charges in connection with the stabbing death of Michael Luke Darby. Darby's body was found Tuesday in the 300 block of Polk Street. The case remains under investigation.
