A comfortable day as high pressure dominate the eastern US. Middle level clouds surging in from the west thanks to Hurricane Paul in the Pacific. The surface high along with the clouds should keep temps rather enjoyable. Highs near 80F across most of the area. Slightly warmer on Wednesday.
Changes by Wednesday evening into Thursday as a cold front approaches the region. Showers and a few storms could accompany the front. This will clear Acadiana by Thursday evening allowing drier and cooler air to filter in. Warm less humid days and cool comfy nights heading into Friday and for the weekend.
