St. Mary Parish Arrest Report

According to Sheriff Mark Hebert during the last 24 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 37 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Tina Renee Franklin, 37, 3144 Fourth Street, Berwick, LA was arrested on October 10, 2012 at 8:15 am on a warrant for failure to comply with the conditions of drug court on the charge of possession of marijuana. A deputy located Franklin at her residence on the warrant. Franklin was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. Her bond is set at $100,000.

Angelina Alexis Smith, 23, 918 Big Four Corners Road, Sorrell, LA was arrested on October 9, 2012 at 6:52 pm at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center in Centerville, LA on additional charges of possession of Schedule I (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. A deputy located Smith at Franklin Foundation Hospital on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft under $500(included in yesterdays report). During the booking process, marijuana and drug paraphernalia were located. Her bond is set at $5000.

Darien Layne Keller, 19, 108 Willowbend Lane, Patterson, LA was arrested on October 10, 2012 at 5:00 pm on a warrant for unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. A deputy responding to a complaint at the residence listed above came into contact with Keller. During the investigation the deputy learned that Keller was wanted on a warrant. He was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond has been set.

Patrick Shannon Mceniry, 44, 148 Jupiter Street, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on October 11, 2012 at 12:03 am for disturbing the peace (language). A deputy responded to a complaint of a disturbance at the residence listed above. While investigating the complaint, Mceniry began to curse at the deputy. Mceniry continued to use profanities despite being asked by the deputy to stop. He was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. His bond is set at $250.
