9/6/2012 @ 12:43 PM, THERESA LYNN KINCHEN, 31, of Ninth Street - Franklin, LA, was arrested and charged with Resisting an Officer. Ms. Kinchen was processed and held on a $1000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
9/6/2012 @ 12:43 PM, COURTNEY LASHANE BOURDA, 27, of Ninth Street - Franklin, LA, was arrested and charged with Resisting an Officer, Possession of Marijuana - 1st offense and Illegal Possession of Stolen Things Over $500.00. Mr. Bourda was also processed on warrants issued by 3rd Ward City Court, charging him with 2 Counts Failure To Appear. Mr. Bourda was processed and held with no bond set at time of press release to appear in both 16th Judicial District Court and 3rd Ward City Court.
9/6/2012 @ 9:59 PM, MONICA FAYE BROOKS, 55, of Pine Street - Franklin, LA, was arrested and charged with Domestic Abuse Battery. Ms. Brooks was processed and released on a $2500.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
9/6/2012 @ 10:55 PM, DREREK LAQWAN HAMILTON, 21, of Robertson Street - Franklin, LA, was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana - 1st offense. Mr. Hamilton was processed and released on a $2000.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
JUVENILE ARRESTS:
9/6/2012, A 12 year female was arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace By Fighting. The juvenile was processed and released to a legal guardian, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
