Cajun Harley-Davidson will be hosting their 3rd annual MDA Rice & Gravy Cookoff on Saturday, August 24, 2013, from 11a.m. to 3:00 pm.m. to benefit the Lafayette chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Anyone who can cook is eligible to enter the cookoff for a $40.00 fee (does not include food or supplies). The general public will be able to sample all-you-can-eat bowls of rice and gravy by purchasing tickets for $5.00. Raffle tickets to win a new 2013 FLHX StreetGlide motorcycle are also available for purchase for $20.00 each. This event is sponsored by the Cajun Chapter Harley Owners, and all proceeds are to be received by MDA.
