The St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office is asking the public for assistance in identifying "persons of interest" in connection with the unauthorized use of a credit card.
On July 28, 2013, the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office received a complaint of a lost wallet. According to authorities, the victim reported that she lost her wallet at a gas station in the Amelia area. During the course of the investigation, detectives received information that a credit card inside the wallet was used at multiple stores in the Bayou Vista, Morgan City, and Amelia areas on the same day that the wallet went missing.
With the cooperation of the businesses, detectives recovered surveillance. The St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's assistance in identifying the male and female pictured in the photo.
