Elias White, 52, a former manager at Desperado's Gentlemen's Club pled guilty today to a charge of "Conspiracy to maintain a drug-involved premises."
The club was raided by the Feds back in December. In total, nine employees at Desperado's were indicted.
Court documents allege that customers at the club would meet dancers for sex and drugs in the VIP room.
Today White admitted he knew that dancers were getting paid for sex in the VIP room and that they gave the club a cut of their earnings.
He also admitted to drug sales at the club, and that he even sold a gram of cocaine to an under-cover police officer back 2011.
Prosecutors are hoping this will lead to more information about exactly what was going on in the strip club.
According to the plea agreement, the government will not prosecute White for any other offenses, and the maximum amount of time he can be sentenced for is 20 years in prison with 3 years supervised release, along with a five hundred thousand dollar fine.
Also as a part of his plea, White must cooperate and offer any criminal knowledge to authorities as this investigation continues. White's sentencing is set for January 10th, 2014.
