Charges: Warrant: Failure to Pay Restitution for Criminal Damage to Property Officers responding to a complaint of a disturbance on Headland Street in Morgan City encountered the above subject who was reportedly involved in the disturbance. The subject, Charleston Grogan was discovered to be wanted on an outstanding warrant for the City Court of Morgan City. He was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and remains incarcerated on a $1000.00 bond.
