A Duson family is without a home tonight following an early-morning fire.
The blaze began around 5:30 this morning in the 3400 block of Golden Grain Road. Officials say at least three people lived in the home, which investigators describe as a "total loss." Nobody was injured, as the residents were out of town. Investigators say there were no pets in the home.
Investigators are still working to find the cause of the fire and the point of origin.
