Two men have been arrested and charged for shooting a Duson man last week, according to police.
Trey Prejean, 20, and Reginald Martin, 21, both of Duson have been charged with attempted second degree murder for their involvement in the shooting of a 34 year old Duson resident.
Both men are being held in lieu of $125,000.00 bond.
The victim in this case remains stable at a local hospital and is expected to make a full recovery.
The incident took place just before 9:00 Tuesday night in the 700 block of Third Street.
Lafayette Parish sheriff's deputies say a vehicle pulled up to the home while the victim was standing outside. One of the backseat passengers got out of the car and shot the victim twice, once in the leg and once in the hip.
